I would definitely take the chance for $16. Even if it doesn’t work out you haven’t lost much money, and there is the possibility of saving a significant amount.

I would take the chance for $16 but in all honesty I highly doubt it is the same product you would buy from a jeweler for $200.

eBay!!! Or amazon is great too. We purchased a tungsten ring (well it was cobalt or something) from a jewelry store for over $200. The guy said it was high quality, wouldn’t scratch, etc. one week later the ring was super scratched and looked horrible. We then bought a ring from amazon for 17.00. I liked the look of the ring better and it was just as high of quality if not higher quality than the over $200.00 ring. The only problem was sizing since we bought it online, but it was super easy to return and exchange it.

Absolutely try eBay! I’m a big fan. Just look at the seller’s feedback. If they have lots of sales and a high feedback score (at least 98%) I say go for it.

I am pretty sure we payed way too much for FI’s tungsten band. We got it at the local jewelry store where I got my band. I have since seen it online for less than 1/3 the price. I wish I had checked ebay first!

Tbh with you, I had a horrible experience with an ebay seller- so I say go for it since this is only $16, BUT the ring I purchased online was $8,000. The seller had 99% positive feedback from selling keychains and had over 1000 in positive reviews. I received a package in the mail stuffed with nothing but tissue paper, it was devastating and right before thanksgiving. I would now only trust top rated ebay sellers.

I have a plain tungsten band from EBay. We were able to get matching band engraved with our wedding date and everything for $25 all up. My friends in jewelry said its WAY overpriced @ the jewelry store.  They are not sizable but my ebay store offered a return policy. We’ve had them for a while now. My husband wears his all the time and it looks new. I guess Tungsten doesn’t scratch.

Go with Ebay but make sure they have a good return policy and that they are a good seller with good reviews. They can sell cheaper because of the volume that they have…it is prob the same ring but the jewerly stores have a super high markup and they gouge you!!! For $16 I would def take the chance

I would take the chance – $16 isnt that much money in case it doesnt work out.  You could also check out Etsy….we bought our wedding bands from a jeweler on there and spent less than $50 for FI’s ring.  Just make sure of the sizing cuz I dont think you can re-size Tungsten.  Otherwise I say GO FOR IT!!
