MemberHello bee’s I’m looking for some help here. I’m sending out my invites this week and there is one person that is on the “iffy” side.
I work in an office with a staff of 10. In April we hired on a new guy. He is the only person not invited. Should I invite him? I don’t him very well, but our offices are right next to each other and we lunch room chats.

MemberI would. Just because he would be the only person that wasn’t invited. It might make him feel a bit alienated. Even though you don’t know him well now, you may want to be friendly in the future. It is a nice gesture.
Memberdef invite…if i was the ONLY one in the office not invited, i would be hurt.
MemberI would invite him, b/c think of how awkward it could be if you don’t, especially afterward. You will be seeing a lot of this guy long after your wedding and you don’t want to create a yucky situation at work.
