I vote photo booth! Yes they’re pricey but sooooo much fun. The last 2 weddings I went to had photo booths and we had such a great time taking pics & the bride got copies in an album. She loved them.

The photobooth was a HUGE hit at our wedding! I found ours on livingsocial/groupon for $500. That included the booth, unlimited strips with multiple copies, and a guest book for guests to stick one of the photo strips on a scrapbook page and write a message.

The props were hilarious and people loved it!

    Photo booth.

We had one and it was by far the best decision we made. Everyone absolutely loved it!

I did the photobooth AND the cameras on the table and I can honestly say that the guests had way more fun w the photobooth and I spent o $113 developing 15 table cameras for maybe 100 decent pics. Lame. If you have to choose go w the photbooth and get props!!

I voted YES because I really want one too, even though I haven’t had my wedding yet, but have seen them at other weddings and they were a blast! I am also in LA, so OP, or any other Bees, if you have good/affordable suggestions for companies, please share! Thanks. Sorry, not trying to hijack. Thought suggestions would be helpful for OP as well.

Photobooth for sure! Then you don’t even have to worry about favors. I’ve saved all the strips from every wedding I’ve gone to with one and I just love them. Much more entertaining for your guests than the disposable cameras (which I have never seen really work out).

We made our backdrop and got our own props so those costs were really low.  We managaed to ask 1 of our 2 photographers to take the pics after all the wedding stuff (cake cutting and first dance) were done.  Since it was in our package time frame they never charged me anything.  So our photobooth only cost around $110 for supplies.  Maybe that could work for you?  It was the BEST move we made.  Our photobooth pics are ridiculous and the BEST of the night.  We had a blast as well as our guests!

@tanibear:  HAHAHAHA…thanks.  I just used a printed cotton.  Sewed it together in 3 peices and it was 6′ by 10′.  I hung it on the wall with 3M Command Hooks.  I got the stong ones..I think each hook held 5lbs.  They can be applied and removed without any damage to the walls.  I use them all the time for decorations.  Just follow the instructions.
