The shoes are pretty, but in no world would I pay close to $1000 for them. They aren’t that spectacular for that price, I feel like you could get similar for much, much less. Have you seen if Badgley Mischka has any similar?

I have to be honest, I am not a fan of those shoes so the answer is no, it isn’t worth it.  But to put it in perspective, even if I was IN LOVE with a pair of pumps I still wouldn’t pay that much.  I paid $50 for my wedding day shoes and they are shoes that I will be able to wear for more than just my wedding day.  Everyone budgets differently though.

Those are ADORABLE! And I love that they go with your theme.

The only way I would be able to shell out that cash is if I knew I could get a lot of wear out of them. Like, for 10 years at least… And then maybe pass them down as a family heirloom, lol. Do you regularly wear heels when you go out for dinners, parties, etc.?

For a more affordable option, you could get the same effect with any nice pink heels + shoe clips. Something like this: https://www.etsy.com/listing/234850585/crystal-rhinestone-bridal-shoe-clips?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=bridal%20shoe%20clips&ref=sc_gallery_3&plkey=ca9c01c76991fc97ad083138dfce38fc2f7630aa:234850585

everythingpink :  They’re cute but are you going to get $1000 of wear out of them? Is a cute photo or two worth that amount of money?

And I totally agree with brunette7285 :  that Badgley had similar styles for significantly less

If you can afford it and you adore them, buy them!

The least “worth it” item to splurge on is shoes imo.  They just get beat up and stepped on, and no matter what they cost, they aren’t going to stand a beating for years and years to come.  Handbags?  Yes, I could easily spend 1k+ on them, and I have many that are 10+ years old that I still use.  Jeans, I wouldn’t spend 1k, but easily 100+ for a splurge and wear those for 7-10 years.  Coats? Sure, they’d last.  Watch?  Jewlery, can easily be used for decades and I can justify 1k+.  Shoes… just a big no for me.  But everyone has their “thing”.  If you love it and really want it, then go for it.

Do you know if they fit or if you would be comfortable? Do you think you would get a lot of use out of them over your lifetime? Those are the questions I think about regarding a splurge.

everythingpink :  I agree that I feel the most worthless splurg item is a shoe….because no one really sees them and they end up dirty and beat up at the end of the night. What if your photographer asks you to go stand in a gorgeous grassy area for photos? Are you going to turn down stunning wedding photos because your $965 shoes will likely get dirty? For me it’s not worth the money because I would never get 1k worth of wear out of them. That being said if you can comfortably afford spending that much on shoes and it does’t affect your wedding budget or daily life by all means do what makes you happy.

I was *thisclose* to buying the flat pair!!!!! I was planning on the black pair to rationalize that I would wear them again, but with going with a more fitted dress i didn’t want black shoes to show. So I went the responsible route and only bought $300 shoes that I could wear again lolololol

I have a serious shoe addiction, so I am a vote for yes. These are absolutely stunning.

I don’t have that pair, but I have other Manolo’s that I think are super comfortable.  If you can afford it, and know you’ll wear them again, splurge! You’ll probably have a few photos with your shoes showing or the focus, so may as well be something you’ll love!

If you must have – search Poshmark, Ebay, other used sites to see if anyone is selling theirs. I see SOOO many Manolos and Badgleys that are gently used from weddings!
