Very cool! Thanks for sharing that.

I cried when they’re talking about “6 more guys going home to their mothers” Yeah, I’m having an emotional day, ha!

It’s nice to hear a positive story is getting so much attention though. I almost can’t believe that no one had thought of this before..

Oh I loved that story when I read it yesterday! I wish I would have thought of that when my brother was deployed a cpl years ago… I come from a military family, I was Navy for 5 years… first female in my family. Fiance and met while serving. Just to see positive news about this dang war makes me happy:)

wow! I wish they had a way to donate to their store, since it sounds like they’re shipping these out on their own dime!

I love those!!  My brother in law is EOD in the Marines (meaning he is the scout for IEDs, and takes apart bombs — it’s a pretty dangerous job!), and this would have been awesome for him!!  He just came back safely from his second tour, but may be going back for a third.  I’ll pass this on to him so he can tell his friends.

@piglet_625: My fiance is Navy EOD! I won’t say “how funny!”, though, maybe just “what a coincidence!”

Very cool article, it seems so logical. I am definitely setting my fiance up with an RC car and a go-pro camera on his next tour!
