Okay, I need some opinions. I have a vintage 50’s wedding dress that I adore.
And I will be wearing my hair down, in a style pretty much like this—
And so my question is this– I was considering slapping a veil on to the back part of my hair, but I’m afraid it would be too busy what with the dress and with my hair being down. I feel like I’ve looked at so many pictures I don’t even know what looks good anymore. So, throw me some opinions, bees!

I voted no veil(thnking you meant a long traditional one), however a birdcage veil could be very cute with it 🙂

Oh my gosh you’re going to look amazing! I love your dress and hair choices! I think you’re right about the possibility of the dress and veil being too busy – You may be just fine with your hair like that and no veil. Or, perhaps a simple waist-length one?

Omg love your dress and think a small birdcage veil will look so good.

Birdcage would be cute, but I also LOVE the short veil that Golden_Ticket posted!

I voted no veil but think a pillbox hat with a little blusher veil would work
EDIT – or a fascinator with this style of veil

You dress is GORGEOUS!
I agree with others – either go with a birdcage or a fascinator. I definitely think your hair needs a decorative item of some sort to complete the look.
