I don’t have a ballgown, but I think a cathedral veil would look stunning with your dress!  Maybe with a flower crown/headband for a bohemian look?

can you exchange the veil that you have? I got mine from Light in the Box for $10 (it was elbow length). Definitely check them out if you decide to get another veil, they have lots of plain ones!

I say veil, because it’s the only time in your life you’ll be able to wear one! I love the romance of veils too. But I would do a plain cathedral veil, with a jeweled hair accessory that you can keep on after you remove the veil for the reception.
