I love the cathedral veil with that dress.  It was the first one that caught my eye.

Relax, no need for all caps. I had to read it twice to get it. They may have just skimmed to give you a faster answer and some of the veils look the same from the distance we are seeing them.

#1- Is a no

#2- You don’t like it, but I think it looks nice from the picture

#3- Isn’t horrible

#4- No

#5- Is ok

#6- I think is too short.

#7- I don’t like it on top of the head either.

Picking a veil really depends on your style and preference; so it what I like and thinks looks good with the dress you may think looks bad. When I first saw your dress I thought of a cathedral veil, but you seem to like a shorter veil. Just for fun: have you tried a birdcage veil?

Hi shoe twin!  I wore the same exact shoes except mine were red!  Anyways, what if you skip the whole veil entirely and wear a purple flower to match the shoes?  I skipped the veil and had 3 red roses in my hair, which made my shoes pop!  Love your dress by the way!

I like the length of #6 but think it would be better with a cascade or oval cut.  I do think that a simple cut edge would be best.

I also agree with putting the purple flower in your hair.  I actually think that would be a nice touch.  Your dress is beautiful and has enough glam if you went without the veil…or at least I think so.

My favorite is the lace veil!

this dress was one of my front-runners. i tried it on with a cathedral length, raw cut single layer veil with rhinestones on the edges and thought it was gorgeous.

Another thought for you: you can wear a veil and a flower.  Since it doesn’t seem like you are super into the veil, I would imagine you’d remove it for the reception, at which point you can reveal the flower. Or you could wear the veil low and have the flower visible while you have the veil on.

@SHERREEJASON: I didn’t mean anything by it, just thought you were frustrated and didn’t want you to be!

It will definitely NOT bring the dress down at all…that dress rocks and as Rosari6 said, it has enough glam.  Besides…I think flowers in the hair looks hella sexy too.  Try one on at your next fitting and tell us what you think!
