Oh….I’m so sorry. Maybe you should take your dress to another place for alterations if the same alterations lady is going to be working on it again. Are they at least going to have someone else work on your dress as the current alterations lady clealry doesnt get what you want. Good luck ๐Ÿ™‚ Sending good thoughts your way ๐Ÿ™‚

I am SO sorry!!! Do you know if someone else will work on the dress of if the owner will be personally supervising the final process?

I’m going in for my last fitting today, so I can relate to how you’re feeling!

Well that sucks. I’m sorry. I hope it all works out, because from what I’ve seen in the pics of the dress you look fierce. I know you will for your pics and wedding too.

I’m so sorry! Were you assertive with the bridal owner? They really need a talking-to! Unacceptable. Do you feel like they understood your concerns and are all about fixing the dress?

Sorry to hear that! I have a feeling that everything will turn out to be perfect in the end though so try to stay calm and be positive ๐Ÿ™‚ remember that no matter what you are the bride, and you will be so beautiful on your day!!!

I’m so sorry…think of SYTTD they always make it right! I made an appointment with them today to look at dresses and I was thinking of you because they said a May 14th bride was in there today!!

I’m sure it will look amazing when they’re done. Let us know how it goes.

Oh I am sorry you are having this trouble!! This is my biggest; possibly my only fear outside of paying for everything.  So glad the shop owner was listening to you- I hope this all works out for you.

So sorry you are going thru this so close to your wedding! No bride should have to be this upset or stressed ๐Ÿ™ I am sure the girls (owners) at the boutique will make it right. They are awesome!

@stephanie63087: I think (if you see the owner and her sister did a good job on the dress) that you should thank the owner very much for her help, professionalism, etc.

BUT you need to tell her how UNprofessional and rude the alterations lady was. For her to tell you “you are just being a bride” when they obviously made mistakes is so unacceptable. That needs to be addressed!
