@7SEVENJ9: actually, not very sore….I’m shocked bc I totally and completely worked to fatigue on shoulders & arms.  I mean there were times I could not push out another rep when I got to 12 if my life depended on it.  I pushed hard!!  Used 10 #s on all but 3 moves, and on those I used 5’s (i could use some 8’s too).  My bi’s and tri’s are a little sore if I move them the right way, but nothing like you experienced!  Do you drink a protein shake after you workout?  I never have until this program and it’s supposed to help with muscle soreness.  Maybe that’s why I’m not near as sore as I think I should be…

@7SEVENJ9:  I haven’t owned a scale in years. Dont care what I weigh whatsoever…But on this program, I do want to track body fat.  The one I ordered from amazon also shows visceral body fat, which is the amount of fat around your internal organs, and your ‘real’ age, kinda like they do on the biggest loser.  I should get it early next week so I’m anxious to try it out πŸ™‚ I read on the S90 forum that the Body Fortress brand of whey protein from walmart was good (chocolate).  I got Pure Protein from Target and I like it.  Have it every day after I’m done working out.  Maybe that has something to do with why I’m not getting that sore. I go to W/M today too so maybe I’ll pick up some 8’s as well πŸ™‚

@7SEVENJ9: dont mind sharing at all πŸ™‚  It’s the Omron Full Body Sensor Body Fat and Body Composition Monitor #HBF-514C; measures body fat %, visceral fat level, skeletal muscle %, resting metabolism, body age, body weight and BMI.  Here’s a link to the scale on amazon (hope it works)-
