You can do it! Today’s my first day back, gonna push myself to finish my Couch to 5k training (halfway through the program right now, stopped for a couple weeks because of illness and travel).

@MrsWe:  I started working out again (for the first time in MONTHS) on Saturday. Went for a walk/run, did some simple exercises in my living room. It felt good! I didn’t get a chance to do anything yesterday, but am going out again for a run in a little bit. Congrats, keep up with it!
