So I’m getting married in just over a year, Feb 19 2018. My dress is strapless, not backless but a good portion of my upper back shows.
Basically I want to know how long it will take to see results if I start training arms 3 or so times a week.
I DO currently workout. I have been working out consistently for about 3 years. That includes strength training, although recently I have been doing Kayla Itsines BBG. (Usually in the gym 5 days/week at least)
So I was thinking that I will continue with BBG 2.0, which will take me to the beginning of this May. Then I think I’m going to repeat either 1 or 2, so that will take me to August. Then I’m going to get back into more formal strength training, because I will have (hopefully) slimmed down a bit.
I’m going to do an arms, legs, ab split with cardio on alternating days. If I also add on a few arm exercises to each of my strength days do you think I will be able tone up nicely by February?
