Pushups, dips, bicep curls. If you have them, or can afford to buy them, resistance bands are great.

@alicia1745:  Agreed. Also, lat pulls if you have a machine or resistance band.

@mrsk2b:  I agree with the above also! You might try yoga too, I’m not sure which videos to recomment, but I really like yoga! Downward dog and upward dog would be really helpful in toning arms. I took a class once where we had to do them over and over again and I was so sore afterwards…it was a lot harder than I thought.

honestly?  Shake weight.  Very easy and effective!  Just dont use it if you have neck problems.

Toning bands work great too.  I use the kind that are tubes, not flat.  You can do bicep curls by standing on the middle of the band and pulling both sides up.  Tricep curls can be done by putting the middle in the top of a door (but put a washcloth or something through it so that it wont snap out, lesson learned the hard way) and pulling down with the movement happening at the elbow.

Try jumping rope with weights on the end. You get your cardio and shoulder work out in one!
