I don’t know if there is much you can do to tone it since there aren’t really specific armpit muscles. Normally its just spillover from your cleavage.

I think when you get your dress fitted if you still have that, they can do things to alter it so that this tissue isn’t spilling out as much. Another user suggested loweing the back of the dress, etc. Normally its not you but the fit of the clothing that you wear that really does it. And unfortunately I know from being busty on top compared to the rest of me, like you, that most clothes and bras don’t fit properly.

First, does your bustier have padding on the sides of the bra areas as well, or just on the bottom side of it? I find when the push up area of the bra is confined to the bottom of the bra, it pushes up all of the wrong areas.

As far as the work-out goes push-ups and planks are great for that area, and really for the entire upper body. They are easy to do, require no equipment, and work lots of muscle groups.

Lastly, you weigh 110 lbs, no one is going to notice your armpit “fat.”

I have this same issue but have repeatedly been told there’s nothing that can be done. What you’re describing most likely isn’t fat, just breast tissue so you can’t lose it by exercising or toning 🙁 what you can do is have your dress fitted up top so that it sits a bit higher under your arms if that makes sense?

Sorry I don’t have a better solution hun..

@kittylove13:  I know how you feel, we are our own biggest critic. Hopefully the issue will resolve with some fitting adjustments or sew-in cups.

latissimus dorsi muscles!!!..Lateral pull down weights behind your head can build muscle in this  area.Join a gym if you can afford it or buy a weight bar.Even skinny people can have this…:) Good luck x

PUSH UPS, PUSH UPS, PUSH UPS.  It’s your chest you want to tone since it’s probably your chest.

If it’s your dress, consider getting a slightly padded bra to push the dress out a few cms.
