@jb20:  I am! Same boat as you, my weight and figure are fine but I’d like to tone up and trade some fat for muscle, especially for the wedding lol. I bought Jillian Michaels’ Ripped in 30 DVD for like $7.00 and so far I love it! It’s a half hour workout including warm up and cool down, and I’m trying to do it five days a week. It’s 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs in continuous changing circuits and all you need are a pair of hand weights. It’s definitely an awesome total body work out, and my entire body is sore afterward but I really think I might see some great results with it 🙂

@jb20:  I dont have much to loose (maybe 7lbs?) but I’m mostly looking to gain muscle like you are. I used to eat clean and lift weights which worked amazingly well so I’m going to do that 🙂

@jb20:  I am definitely a beginner! And it’s hard and I definitely end up pushing myself but that’s the whole point and she does offer a moderated, regular, and advanced version of all the moves. The first few days, I did as much as I could and stopped a few minutes early, but I slowly built up to it and now I can make it through the whole work out. She’s very motivating, and I had the same thought, that $7 either way wasn’t awful.
