You may want to add a poll.  🙂

They do look pretty casual to my eye, I’m sorry.

I think it depends on your dress and the syle of your wedding. More details and pics would help us give a better answer.

I think that depends on your wedding style. They are pretty casual, though.

Ooooh the dress is lovely! I think the shoes might take the attention away from it. The dress is more formal and the shoes are very casual.

I think the fact that they’re espadrilles makes them a little too casual, and fights with the formality of your dress. I am sure you could find a pair of red wedges that would look great, though! And if your date is correct, you’ve got some time. 🙂

I think casual is fine if your dress is long. But since its tea length, those shoes seem too informal to me for the dress.

Love your dress!

Too casual! Your wearing a short dress, and people will actually see your shoes. Even if you were wearing a long dress, I’d still think espedrills would be too casual, but no one would really see your shoes, so you could get away with it. IMO they would take away from your short dress.

@lizmeldaus:  Great choice of dress! It’s absolutely gorgeous!

Have you looked at John Fluevog shoes? (I almost swear by them, personally for artistic style, comfort and durability)
