Rose14:  you could always take turns wearing your rings and your grandmothers ring, just swap them out as you please. If this bothers your SO then I’d wear grandma’s ring on your right hand

Rose14:  Normal rings, normal rings! I’m sorry to everyone who has them, but I just can’t anymore with the 6-deep stacks. What’s wrong with the other 9 fingers? (ok, 7 if you don’t wear thumb rings)

I personally don’t like opal AT ALL so I would go with the other band ๐Ÿ™‚

If you can’t take them both, then thank them for the one that speaks the most to you no matter the reason. And you can’t really have “too many rings.” Just my $0.02.

Daisy_Mae:  Thank. You.

OP, I would just pick whichever you like best and wear it as a RHR. I don’t mean to be morbid, but your aunt will probably pass before you and then you will have 2 generations of women represented if you choose the one with the opal. Both sound lovely though. As I’ve said MANY times during this wedding planning process: You can’t go wrong with either one!

Rose14:  It’s beautiful! I’m happy you were able to make the right choice for you — and that fate made the choice easier. Since it fits you perfectly, it seems that it was meant to be.

I have three wedding rings. I just wear whatever I am in the mood for. Audrey Hepburn had three rings too and rotated wearing each. If it worked for Audrey it will work for you.
