(Closed) too much chicken?

If it’s delicious, then there’s no such thing as too much of anything. I think as long as the flavours in each dish are quite different then it should be ok. Especially because there are salads etc as well.

I wonder if maybe because there is only ~one vegetarian the caterer could perhaps make something for them without the chicken, but with the other ingredients of the appetiser. Maybe a creamy mushroom and pumpkin quiche/tart in the same puff pastry. Or mushroom, spinach, ricotta tart etc. Something that won’t require much effort from the caterer but means your veggie buddies won’t go without.
