Seems fine to me. Especially there’s no pasta, soup isn’t really THAT filling, and the appetizers is really as much as they want to stuff themselves, but probably not that much.

My wedding as apps, 4 courses (pasta, salad, combo entre, dessert), wedding cake and latenight seefood/sweets buffet.

Remember by the midnight snack, guests will have been dancing and what not and will work up an appetite, if not, then they just wont eat 🙂

There’s no such thing as too much food.  I’ve been to weddings where I’ve been stuffed, I still dance.

You should go with the 10 instead of 7! If I’m drinking I need a lot of food to slow down my alcohol LOL I think it looks good!

@newname_99:  I think it’s the right amount of food. It’s safer to have MORE food than LESS. There have been a few weddings where I’ve been to where I’ve left starving 🙁

You’re choice of appetisers are really good – they cater to a range of people’s taste. E.g I went to a wedding once where they only had really exotic appetisers like emu and crocodile, and my husband refused to eat any of it.

I think it will be fine! I’m sur there will be some big appetites in your group who would go hungry with less food! If people are full, they can skip the free midnight nibbles:)
