Your Future Mother-In-Law is way out of line, and its time for your FH to stand up to his mommy.

Umm she is way overstepping, and your Fiance needs to stand up for you… now. Unless you’re rolling in it so don’t care, it’s going to be you and him who are footing the bill.. not her. Maybe your Fiance needs to be reminded of that!!

brutal.  I would definitely sit down with your Fiance and get him understanding where you’re coming from so you can both talk to Future Mother-In-Law.  That’s rough.

@myamyas:  Who is giving her the printer proofs? If it is the printer, you should have very, very strong words to them, and probably sack them. It is completely out of line for the printer to be showing proofs to anyone without your permission.

Your Fiance needs to stand up to his mum, for himself and you. Overbearing MiL’s ruin marriages.

She has no say in terms of invites or indeed any other aspect of your wedding.

Be strong!

@paula1248:  This.

That is unacceptable as a professional.

Well it is your FI’s wedding too and he said to let it go. Does he want these people invited? I would talk with your Fiance about the guestlist and whether he wants to add these people.

If there is no room on the invite list then you and your Fiance need to get on the same page and either remove other guests and add these people or to not add these guests at all.

Then you both need to talk to your Future Mother-In-Law and let her know that the invite list has been finalised.
