I think if you guys clicked with him and can afford to do it, definitely fly him to shoot the wedding! It’s important to have a photographer you like and trust, and the quality of these is great. Bonus: you guys already know each other, so you’re used to his style of shooting, personality etc, and he knows yours and how to direct you.

If you love them that’s fantastic and if you click with him that’s also great. They are a little wrong in terms of lighting – overexposed in some, blurry in others- but if you are okay with that then fly him out.

beenursie :  Those are gorgeous photos and you both are obviously at ease with the photographer.  My vote would be to fly him out – a first class photographer is worth the effort!
