I recieved my refund from litb, along with a nice apology email AND a coupon code for $15off my next purchase, so the get a +1 for customer service for dealing with my crazy self. I wasn’t feeling good about the etsy seller kiss bridal, and the discolored dress from ebay was too scary for me as well.
Me and my sister were looking at LITB’s website again, and I found all the dresses that were similar to ones I loved in the bridal stores we went to:The A line and a fit and flare/slight trumpet. It needed to have a corset back,no lace, be less the $300 with shipping, and not be a sweetheart. We decided the winner was :
I was thisclose to buying it from litb’s website,i had it in my cart when sis said we should look for a used one on ebay.

LITB gave me great customer service and i plan to give them my bussness and buy my accsessories, and Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses from them. They send me a email apologizing again,which means a lot to me. They were very understanding, and you dont see that everyday from a company
