(Closed) Toonie Bar – How do you track drinks?

@JaCq:  Your venue is doing the bartending and tallying the drinks?  If so, I’m not really sure what else you can do other than trust them to count properly.  Otherwise wouldn’t you have to have a “bar-sitter” of sorts to keep watch?  That doesn’t seem practical.

We had a loonie+toonie bar, but we had DH’s cousins run the bar so it wasn’t really an issue.

I know that isn’t very helpful…

@JaCq:  Thank you! I learned something today! I wish we did something like that in the US because as far as I know the options are open bar, cash bar, or free beer/wine but drinks with liquor are not covered.
