I say #1 100% something looks off to me about the 2nd one…

To be honest, I think that removing the shoulder and adding sash/bling to #2 will make it look almost exactly like #1.  So if you like that extra ruffle detail I say go forth with #2.  I think it will look lovely and add a dash of something different to the mix, rather than being just another plain lace dress.

I agree with MsPanda, something is not aesthetically pleasing about the second dress. The first one, however, is beautiful! I love the belt on it too!

I love the classic elegance on the first dress – and the blingy belt helps it pop!

I love the first one over the second, it doesn’t seem to look as it should. ๐Ÿ™‚

One more vote for #1. I tried on a tiered lace dress, and while I didn’t mind it, my sister and Mom hated it.

I think the issues is that people focus in trying to figure out the skirt, rather than see the pretty bride in the dress.

The first one. I know you said you’d get rid of that shoulder strap (which I agree is not the best look on that dress), but there’s just something more elegant about the first one- you can make it your own moreso than the second one. And I love that sash on it.

Number one has a great, clean look to it. It looks perfect!

    Number two looks a bit…off…

I don’t know your budget, but the Rivini “13” and Rivini Dari have that tiered lace without the strap and they have beading at the waistline.  I tried them on myself and they were amazing dresses!
