I am completely torn. I bought this dress:
shorly after my guy and I were engaged–and I love it.
However, there is a dress I encountered years ago that was THE dress–
and I have searched high and wide for the manufacturer. So I was just browsing Dressilyme.com a bit ago, contemplating a reception dress–and lo and behold, I come across THE dress.
What do I do? Do I keep the dress I already have and forget this dress or do I sell the other dress and buy this one?

I personally love the dress you bought! (And prefer it)

The dress you have now seems more modern! 🙂

I’m not one for spending more money than necessary, but I prefer THE dress, dress #2. Dressily Me dresses are pretty inexpensive. Depending on what you paid for and sell dress #1 for you may very well do okay in the money dept.
By The Way – I don’t think you will actually forget the dress ; )

I know I won’t actually forget it, but I can put it aside. Ugh. I guess I’ll just let it percolate in the back of my mind until I make a decision. Right now, I’m leaning towards keeping the dress I already have.

I love the dress you already own! =)

@honeymead: I too prefer the one you have, I think it’s lovely.

I really like the first dress, I think it is classic and modern at the same time. I think you should keep the dress you got.

I honestly really like the one you bought !!!

I like the second dress without the gloves. The gloves are what really date that dress compared to your first. Either way, they are both beautiful. If you know you won’t be happy without YOUR dress, then get it so you don’t regret it later.

I really like the dress you own, but what about ordering the other dress, trying it on, and if you don’t like it, selling it? Then it’s out of your head.

@NauticalBride2011: That’s actually not a bad idea–esp. since it’s only like $160. I love that place!
