I have two Doxies in those exact colors – I would get both together – with this breed best to adopt at same time – they are very social, jealous and mischevious and do better if you get them both at the same time.  We got ours at different times and I regretted not getting them together – it took a long time to get them socialized but my older boy (the piebald) has really done better having a companion

    ADORABLE DOXIES!!!!

Oh my, this would be hard for me. #1 tugs at my heart strings though. Both are adorable!

OMG…the second one is sooo cute. My DH and I call any dogs/horses/ponies who have spots like that moo-cow dogs. Like, they dress up like cows b/c that’s what they look like. I love them!

I agree with both! Our male Pomeranian is quite a snuggler and very affectionate but would get lonely (and destructive) when we would leave him alone. Once we got our female Pomeranian he instantly stopped the destructive traits and seemed much happier overall.

I know that taking on two dogs is quite the task but I really think that it is beneficial to them to have a friend there with them during the day while you are at work etc. While dogs can be alone all day I’m sure it isn’t fun for them (it wasn’t for mine at least).
