@Juliepants: i’m in and i am totally fine with weeknights!  And i also much prefer something non-pricey! (the last one was a bit too pricey for my grad student, job-less budget, lol).  i don’t have suggestions for a location yet, but i am sure others do who have lived here longer than me.  I can also look into it and come back with suggestions.

    we also need date suggestions.

If possible could we not do first week of February, got a wedding cake to do for a fellow Bee, and second week its my birthday hehe. Not surr when were doing this for just thought id mention it. Can’t wait to meet some of the new ladies!

@couawilou: B-town as in Brampton? 😀 It’s so exciting when you realize people on here are in your area!

I just moved from North Brampton (10 and mayfield) to Orangeville, but still work in Brampton near Trinity Common.

@couawilou: i agree about getting there with public transit. i have a car, but i live near a subway and i hate driving in toronto due to the horrendous traffic i have found exists at all hours of the day and is still unpredictable to me!

    I’m in!

If there are no bees that live in Toronto itself maybe we could meet up somewhere a bit outside the city to make it easier on everyone driving in? I’m in the West end (Mississauga) and it seems like most of us are are East or West or the north end of the city.

@Ms. Martian: ya i would be fine with that as i can drive out west – as long as it is after rush hour then!!  and well, i would need to wait for Darling Husband to get home from work so i can have the car.

ETA:  Though on second thought, part of the fun is having an excuse to go downtown…..

Well I work until 5pm daily so maybe we could do a dinner/drinks around 7 or so? Now just need to search for a good spot for food.
