@Elky:  booo to Tor Parks & Rec! If you don’t mind going further east, you could try Heydenshore Pavilion or Cullen Central park which are both in Whitby. Their Parks & Rec may be a little more flexible. Booking a mansion for a couple of hours is becoming more common I hear…if your Fiance comes around to the idea, there are some lovely estates in the Bayview and Sheppard/York Mills area. Also, try the Japanese Canadian Cultural Center which is like 5 mins. from Spirale – I believe they have a Japanese garden there, though not 100% sure. Not sure what kind of look you’re going for with the photos, ie. garden with flowers or waterfront or more urban/city look…..some other locations may pop into my head so shall check back hereSmile

Hmmm…can’t think of a park like that in that area. St. Joseph’s Morrow school and convent is on Bayview just south of Steeles and their garden is quite loverly though its behind a high fence. The only other spot that came to mind is Sunnybrook Estates which is really nice but I’m thinking there’ll be a charge for sure…..might be worth it though. It’s just behind the hospital off of Bayview. There’s also Sunnybrook park which is at Leslie & Eglinton, but that again is Tor Parks & Rec so you’ll have to follow all their regulations and fees. I think most places in Toronto now will charge for photo shoots so doubt you’ll be able to find something at no cost:(
