So Ive looked through a few threads about the total cost of weddings and it’s still hard to compare numbers with guests.
To make it all simpler, I would be greatful if people can post the amount they are paying per guest, everything included for the actual day , including flowers, photographer, cake, venue, etc (not including rings and honeymoon). Also include your location if you can.
Thanks a ton!

Yikes! When I price it like that it looks like I had a super expensive wedding.
$360 per head. I just had a smaller wedding. 27k for 75 people.

Budgeting 500-700 for 20-30 people, so under 50 however it turns out.

A calculation like this will almost undoubtedly Make small weddings seem more expensive but I’ll play. My total spending not including rings or honeymoon was 14,300 and i believe we had 82 guests so $175 pp in Vancouver bc

Our Destination Wedding is averaging $693 per guest, of which there are 15. To put it in perspective, we are paying for the travel arrangments of all of our guests including most of their cruisefares–it wouldn’t be so bad if we weren’t covering travel–without it the total comes down to $44.00.

I do not know how many guests will actually show up yet, but we are planning for about 80-ish throughout the course of the weekend. The wedding all together will be just over $1,500 including everything but rings. I guess that means I am only spending about $17/person?

Around $250 per guest. We’re inviting 110 guests and some things are not set in stone yet so the price will fluctuate a bit probably. We’re in Toronto.

Ours is $600 pp, with 20 guests in PDC, Mexico. If we were doing a local wedding, it would be much less pp, with about 100 guests.

Yikes, sounds like a ton when you put it that way! $360 per guest. Not including rings, rehearsal dinner, welcome party or honeymoon.
