How much weight did you gain (total) in your pregnancy?
If you’re still pregnant, please vote when your little bundle of joy arrives.
The multiple options are there for those with multiple pregnancies.
Feel free to discuss. I’m 32 weeks, so I won’t be voting for another little bit, but I’m currently up 30 pounds.

13 lbs for me. I was pretty sick during the pregnancy though and gained most of that weight in the last month.

ETA: I know this poll exists already on WB but every time I click on it, it gives me an error and won’t let me read it.

At 31 weeks, I’m up about 19 lbs – now that I’m on bedrest, I’ll probably really pack it on ; ) Will update when I deliver though : )

I gained 70 pds. I was young and didn’t know a lot about nutrition. I was hungry more often but didn’t really eat a whole lot more then I had been. I busted ass after delivery and was back to prepregnacy weight after 5 months.

I gained 57 pounds with my first. I’m not sure how exactly, I put on a lot of weight the first trimester but my arms, face and legs were normal sized the whole pregnancy. 4 weeks after delivery I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight and by 6 weeks I was below that by 4 pounds.
This pregnancy, I didn’t vote for since I’m 29 weeks but I put on 15 pounds so far. But my face, arms, thighs and butt have gotten huge. My belly also looks like it’s 5 weeks ahead.

I gained 38 by eating tons of meat!!! I couldn’t help it. Doc was ok with it because my bloodwork was normal and I was 93 lbs and so scrawny when I got pregnant. I’m very happy with my bra size ever since lol

Really bad morning sickness? That blows!
😛 Not necessarily. It’s OK! You’ll be allowed to go to the gym again after baby is here. AND you can take him for walks–what’s better than having the baby? Having the baby and being able to take him for a walk after 2 months of hanging out in bed!
Congrats! Yeah, I had no clue that in pregnancy you really don’t get to eat anything extra at ALL and you still gain weight. So frustrating!
Wow! You lost it in 4 weeks? That’s impressive.
Are the two different genders? All the old wives tales say that you gain weight different with a baby boy and a baby girl.

LOL. I am so not happy with my new enormous bra size! I started out on the low end, too, so maybe (hopefully) that’s part of it.

I was so sick of seeing the numbers on the scale by the time I delivered, that I followed a pretty strict diet afterward and started walking within a few weeks but I don’t think I could have lost so much so fast if it weren’t for breastfeeding
But my first was a boy and I’m now having a girl–so I definitely see a difference in how I’ve gained weight and carry differently!

I’m 39 weeks today and as of Friday I’ve gained a whopping 48.6lbs! I’m not too conccerned about it… still have good vitals & still feeling pretty good. =)

55# exactly! 30# was gone two weeks after delivery.

At my 34 week appointment I was up 33.6 lbs. I’ve been averaging ~4lbs every 2 weeks so I’d imagine I’ll be at least 45lbs total.
(I didn’t vote yet! 🙂 )

43 lbs. 🙂
It took me about 9 months to be back to my pre pregnancy weight. I went for alot of walks, and breastfed for a year, but the weight def did not just “melt” away.

I am 33.5 weeks and up in between 18-20 lbs depending on the time of day or scale. The past couple weeks I haven’t gained any weight…so I am not thinking I will gain any more thatn 25 or 26 pounds by the time the baby comes. I have been lucky and I have not retained any water/gotten puffy/swollen. Edit: I have been on bed rest since 20 weeks… part of me wonders if this number would be way down if I could exercise??
