For the past few months, I’ve been doing good with dieting, taking some departures here and there but slimming down quite a bit. I haven’t been keeping track of pounds lost but I’d estimate 8-10 lbs. At least, before the past few weeks! I’ve been going totally overboard – tons of Easter candy, fast food, pizza, you name it! Now I am freaking out that I won’t be able to get where I want to be by the time I have my dress fitted. I am going to a “boot camp” 1 hr workout class Mondays and Wednesdays, so hopefully that will offset my horrible diet a little. Do you think I have enough time to get back on track?

You have PLENTY of time! You have until June!! No worries, a month is more than enough time to get back on the wagon!

Thanks, MightySapphire… I guess I am just discouraged because I thought I’d be close to my hot wedding bod by now, and because I’ve fallen off the wagon, I’m really not in much better shape than I was months ago when I first started trying to lose weight. I know I need to just make the choice NOW and not look back until June! With my dress fitting in 5 weeks, I know I can slim down some more by then, but I may not be in perfect shape… oh well, just gotta try!
Anyone else getting down to crunch time with their weight loss plans??

I agree that you do have time! Just throw out all the junk food at your house and try and think about meals that you want to prepare in advance so that you won’t just grab something junky. Good luck!
