So, I was told to gather some photos of us for a slideshow, they would be used at the reception and also imputed into our wedding video.
Well, sadly, Fiance has no baby pictures, and I mean none, his mom sadly and carelessly lost them all, it’s a long story. There are a select few of him as a teenager, (mostly cropped out of his old student I.D’s) but he refuses to let me use them, he says he doesn’t like them at all.
So, is it lame and boring if the slideshow is jsut a bunch of pictures of us during courtship? Sadly many of the pictures of us are just pictures of us…doing nothing in particular. LOL….jsut smiling away…there are a few on the beach, and in the mines in Mexico…and traveling around and stuff but there is also almost no pictures of both of us with our friends or both of us doing anything interesting because one of us seems to always be behind the camera.

No it’s not lame to do just pictures of yourselves – people are their to celebrate your wedding, so why not have a bunch of couple pictures?? I just wouldn’t do many (if any) photos of you in those periods. It would be weird to have a bunch of your baby pictures, then poof, here’s your Fiance 20 years later!

yeah, I won’t be putting any baby or younger pictures of myself since he isn’t okay with using the ones he has. I would keep it consistent obviously. Thanks.

Hmm.. perhaps you guys could go for an ‘engagement photoshoot’? Somewhat like a pre-wedding shoot so you could post well-taken photos of the both of you as a wedding montage. It could be by the beach or some places that hold a special spot in both your hearts.

Oh, we have engagement photos as well as candide photos througout our courtship and also photos of the day we got engaged. They were looking for genuine photos for the slideshow I think.
