Well.. I told myself i would really get fit after new year and here i am with my wedding on may 18th hardly done anything!!
now.. i am happy with my weight but i would love to look more toned in my gown. at this minute i walk my dog every day for about 1 hour / am fairly active in work / i do a 15 min yoga workout every morning and a 1 hr yoga class once a week. my diet is not good tho and i have a terrible sweet tooth.. need to drink more water too.
just ordered this today from amazon and am determined to shape up.
does anyone have any experience of this / about to start?
