So I’m finally getting serious about my health/fitness/toning goals for September and I’m looking for a DVD regime that I’ll enjoy and stick to. A couple of weeks ago another bee posted up a link to a Tracy Anderson arm workout and I must say that I really enjoyed that!
I’m wondering whether anyone’s done the whole workout. Did you get good results? Did you lose weight? Did it get boring?
