I never heard of this!  I’m interested to hear more though.  I hope someone responds.  🙂

A friend of mine gave me the DVDs a while back, when I was motivated (in theory) to tone up, but it was too hard, so I just went for a jog instead. It’s very, very hard, and you’ll be sore for ages after the first few workouts (a few girls in my office do it reglarly) but it really works.

This is great, I feel motivated to try it again!

It would be great to hear from someone who’s actually done it!

My company works with Tracy – and I’ve spoken with her myself about her system (I’m in marketing).  It works, but you have to be commited.

Do not follow the diet plan – it’s really there to guide you – it’s for people who can’t control what they eat, if you have good eating habits, then that is fine.

Choose the right body workout (there are 4).  The cardio will look like she is just jumping around…lol…but that’s still working out.  Sometimes you kind of just have to “roll with it”.

If you don’t have time all at once – split the workout up (morning and evening).

Hope that helps.

@NJmeetsBX:  Well one of them is really skinny to start with and she hardly eats… But yes, in the other 2 or 3 who do/ did it, they did tell me they were a lot more toned. I’m not sure it caused them to lose or maintain their weight, but in terms of toning up, yes, I think this method is very effective.

I love Exhale Core Fusion, not sure if it’s the proper name, but anyway, I love it. I’m a pear shape and when I started doing it, especially the leg and bum exercises, I noticed a huge change in my shape, and a lot of people complimented me of my weight loss, when I hadn’t lost any!
