Are you sure it hasn’t shipped? I shipped a shirt on 12/30 and yesterday the customer asked where it was, so I checked the tracking and it was out for delivery. Paypal should have sent her the tracking number, but I guess it didn’t!

Lakeside003:  I ordered a veil through them and sent a message to the person selling and never heard back. Tradesy gives them a few days to verify sale and it never happened and they had to refund my money. . I was unhappy with them

Lakeside003 did you ever receive your dress or did you get a refund? I just bought a dress from that site from a seller who attempted to take good care of the dress, but the cleaners that she used to clean and package the dress actually butchered the skirt and it looks nothing like the pictures. I am so disappointed. I’m sending it back for a refund, hopefully they’ll honor their money back guarantee! Also, the seller listed the dress as a size 8 and the label says size 12.

PayPal does matter.  If it arrives in a different condition than advertised,  they can refund your money.

Hello pswtec, would you share more info about getting a refund via Paypal? That’s how I paid and I trust Paypal more than Tradesy!

Tradesy will protect you as the seller did not describe the item properly. I sell a lot on tradesy and I have to say that the problem is that most people are casual sellers so they rarely check. They have tried to combat this buy having sellers confirm purchases…and they should do more things to make sure casual sellers are on top of their items/shipping/ etc

Thanks @emmyem1984, I’m about to drop the dress off at the post office. Fingers cross that I get a full refund and not a credit!

I have only used Tradsey for my wedding decorations but have attempted to purchase like 5-6 different things. Only 2 of those orders have come through. The rest were either cancelled by the seller or canceled by Tradesy due to the seller not shipping.

My biggest rant are the people who are trying to make more then they spent on items. I have been searching for chargers since I got engaged. I’m not going to spend more than $2 a piece for a USED charger. YOU should be paying ME to take these off your hands so why are all these greedy people asking for like $4-5 a charger? plus shipping? um good luck with that. Someone recently posted 20 basic, gold chargers, worth $3-4 brand new for $7.50 a piece plus shipping!! Makes me want to scream. I guess I’ll just have to buy them new.
