No, I wouldn’t call this traditional…this just has an indigenous flair to it. It’s pretty though.

no ,isn’t traditional , I’m from mexico  and nobody wear that type of wedding dress, sorry… good luck

Actually, this is very traditional….but of past era and not widely seen anymore.  I have pictures of the grandmother of my great-grandmother in this type of dress at her wedding.  I would suggest searching again, adding “crochet” to your terms….or looking for a foreign seller.  Would be happy to help (am fluent in Spanish—actually am a former Spanish professor) if you’d like…feel free to contact me. Try googling vintage crochet cotton lace wedding dress or something like that.  Your best bet is to take this picture to Mexico if you can get there or have family.  They make them easily and very quickly.  that would be our best option.
