I would suggest just asking a trusted friend or family member if you aren’t comfortable driving yourselves. I agree that it’s not really worth renting a vehicle for such a short time/distance.

Are there any vintage cabs where you live? They make for great pictures.

Otherwise, could the best man drive you to your hotel?  Do any of your wedding party or close family members have a nice car that you could borrow? Perhaps a vintage car?

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?  That is what we used to get from the venue to the hotel at the end of the evening.  Otherwise, you could rent a van for the day and have a friend or family member to be the DD.

We contacted an airport car service and they said they can drive us in a black towncar for $60/hour. We’ll only need an hour, so that’s what we’re going for. My mom suggested that one of my uncles could drive us, but we really want a nice “going away” picture with us in the car, and it’s more expensive to rent a car for a day than to hire the driver!

Just schedule a point to point service with an executive car company. It shouldn’t be more than $50.
