We’re planning on going on a cruise – but I read on The Knot where it said to book through a Travel Agencies as they can get discounts and on board credit.
Anyone book their Honeymoon through a Travel Agency??? Any recommendations???

I work at a travel agency, yes i would say it is worth it. We can get discounts and sometimes onboard credits that you cant get by just booking online 🙂

I heard about the extra discounts the Travel Agencies get – was curious if anyone else was going to book a cruise through them.
This is our first cruise together where our parents aren’t booking it, LOL!

We’re taking a cruise for our Honeymoon and we booked through a TA. There are people out there who firmly believe that TA’s are useless but I’m not one of them. While we didn’t get a discount for booking through her, we did get some on board credit and most importantly, peace of mind. Anything can happen when you’re abroad so it’s nice to have someone at home working for you to assure that you’re being taken care of.
As for recommendations, I’d suggest sticking local. Ask your family and friends who they’ve used and try them. Our TA is through AAA and she’s fab!
