I just ordered this sweet 8×10 mm lab emerald ring from Etsy, in yellow gold. It was very inexpensive (like, $30 including shipping) and is coming from India. I’m just hoping it’s pretty in person! I’ve been coveting an emerald or green tourmaline solitaire RHR for ages and when I saw this one I thought I’d just go for it.

rainbowbee2017 :  Wow, what a compliment! Thank you so much! I’m that blown away by it also. I got it to wear when I teach so I wouldn’t have to figure out which ring to wear with my outfit. However, this would be way too distracting to the students even though they are used to me wearing big rings(it’s kind of my thing) LOL. I have never worn anything over 6.5 carats or 12 mm though.

mrsptobe2017 :  I love this! A lab grown emerald is probably the only thing missing from my collection as well as a yellow sapphire. An emerald cut emerald always makes me swoon! I hope you show us once you get it!

jewels84 :  that is gorgeous!!! How long have you had it and how is it holding up. My father gave my mom a  blue sapphire this past december and i am falling in love with sapphires. Its my birth stone, so i would love one as a right hand ring.

allthingsshiny01 :  Thank you! I’ve only had that one since Saturday. However, I have many sapphire rings in a variety of colors and they have held up great! Sapphires are a 9 out of 10 on the Mohs scale of hardness right under diamonds and moissanite, so they are very durable. You should definitely get one as a right hand ring :-).

I love the look of morganite rings! I’ve heard some things about how they should be handled with care though so I wear mine only when I feel like it matches the outfit. We got mine from GNGJewel on Etsy, which I highly recommend.

bridetobee0917 :  LOVE it!!!! As much as I adore massive stones, I have a soft spot for dainty rings also. It is even more beautiful on you than the picture, especially with that nail polish color.
