Instead of using a boring guest book, I am wanting to do a sign in tree where guest can sign their name on one side and write a wish for us on the other side. And I’m going to use a clear card holder (like baseball cards) to add it into my wedding album so I have the front and back to read.
I was wondering how everyone does the trees.. are they premade? Are they real trees? Are they fake?
I’ve seen tons of pictures of them, but I haven’t seen any without all the crystal stuff on it or flowers, so I’m curious if anyone has done this and how they did it..

I remember going to Barcelona and seeing a wish tree where we wrote our name on a luggage label with our wish on the other side and hung it on the tree. It was very pretty. Here’s a photo of a smaller one in a museum in New York, which could be a good size inspiration for you. You could even then plant the wish tree in your garden. You could get luggage labels to match your colour theme or style of wedding even.

That’s cute, I am looking for the branch type one (no flowers, leaves, or anything just the branches).
Because I want to make the little cards shaped like leaves 🙂 so they can hang it on

Ohh on that case have a look at this! http://www.bunspace.com/groups/topic?tid=6159&posts_tgp_no=last
I also saw one when I searched icons with the word wish tree which showed wedding tables with a wish tree in the centre of each one.
A lot of sitessay about going out and looking for fallen trees to make your own wish tree or to collect dead branches.
