Okay, so I am one of “those people” that starts freaking out that the idea in my head will not translate into a reality that I like.
I’m also a bit of a perfectionist.
That being said. I did a mock up of my centerpieces this weekend, and love how they turned out.
I will be having 35 guest tables, and they will be round (so try to visualize that…)
This is our DIY burlap runner…
This is our guest table centerpieces. The log is cut uneven because we wanted to decide what thickness we want when we actually start cutting the tree into slices for the tables. So ignore the crooked-ness and the book underneath…lol
And, this will be an idea of what the wedding party table will look like. (It will be a long table) and the jars will run the entire length of it. All staggered sizes and what not. We jut put out a few to get an idea…
SOOOOOO???? What do you guys think??
I’m very happy with how they turned out! 🙂

Love it! That runner is awesome, and I love the candles arranged on the tree stump. The candles in the line seem like they’re missing something though. Maybe add a floral element or alternate adding some stones in the mason jars instead of sand just to break it up a bit?

omg I Love them! I believe that your inspiration for the log comes from a photo I have saved as well! I think they are gorgeous. Way to go!!

@SoontobeMrsA: Yep, my dad had to cut a tree in their yard over the summer. So we saved it. (my parents have 10 acres of pure woods)
@MrsMcGyro: I was thinking that too. We thought about running some grapevine through the jars.
And thanks gals! I appreciate all the feedback!
