I tried on my dress yesterday for the first time in a WHILE with my mom and aunt. I wanted to try it on with my accesories and shoes!
I actually have 2 dresses (spoiled, I know) because we are having 2 ceremonies. The first is a Catholic ceremony in FI’s church because he wants the wedding recognized by the church. Only immediate family will attend. The next is an outdoor ceremony the following day at a vineyard, which is what we both really wanted and will be the ceremony all the guests attend. I wasn’t even going to get a formal wedding dress for the Catholic ceremony, but my mom fell in love with one when I tried it on and offered to get it for me.
My plan is to lose about 15 lbs pre-wedding and tone up my arms! I’m down 10 lbs from where I was when I first bought my dress, but still have a bit to go.
So here they are!
The first is the dress for the church ceremony. I think it’s a little more conservative and traditional.
And here is my favorite dress which I will wear to the vinyard!
What do you think?
