I had my first wedding dress experience today @ BHLDN Walnut Creek. I had to go alone and would love some opinions!! My ceremony will be with 20 guests in a redwood forest in Berkeley, CA followed by a reception at one long dinner table on a private veranda at a semi-formal Vietnamese restaurant in downtown SF.
I love the look and feel of this two-piece but fear it may read too casual or the top read too sexy?
This halter one would need some altering up top but seems fun and outdoorsy–I fear it makes me look younger than I am?
And this one I’m afraid of being too formal for such a laid back wedding but love how I unexpectedly liked it.
Would love any opinions since I shopped alone and have only my thoughts floating around in my head! 🙂

I don’t love the look of the first one – the top looks like a nightgown to me! I really like the 2nd and 3rd ones, the 2nd is my favorite!

All three are very pretty! I like the first and last the best.

Agree with PP that one looks like a nightgown. I’m not terribly fond of three either. I rather go with 2 if I had to pick. My my gut says keep lookin.

I love the first! It’s so pretty and looks fitting for you

I like them all but I don’t love any. And I like bhldn a lot! 3rd one is the prettiest and I have a feeling it’s nicer in person. I’d check out other options. Your body is banging and I think you can do better. Have you checked out Hayley Paige? She has such pretty different boho type dresses

If I had your figure I would keep looking. There are so many dresses that would look lovely on you. I like 2 and 3 but not loving them. However, if you love one of them then feel free to disregard all the internet strangers advice. 😄 No one has to love it but you.

The first and second ones are pretty! I like the halter best, so I voted for it, but I agree with PPs that you should keep looking. I’m really not a huge fan of that third one though. I think it looks boxy and unflattering. You have a great figure, and it doesn’t do your curves justice.

Honestly I don’t really like any of them….which really surprises me because when I saw your title I was excited to see them on a real person!

I love BHLDN, got a lot of my wedding accessories from them, and I used to work at Anthropologie. As much as I love everything about the brand… I am not wowed by any of the dresses on you 🙁

I’m not sure if any of those are your dress and sounds like you aren’t either. I like 2 the best!

Oh number 2 by miles – the first is too much like a fancy nightgown and the third is OK but a tad corsetty somehow for your venue.
I do agree with pp’s though, keep looking, esp at the more boho styles

Like #2 the best of those choices, but I agree with others that you should keep looking. You’re gorgeous and none of these dresses do you justice.
