Can she wear a size 4 in heels? All of my sneakers, flats, boots, are a children’s size 3. I can’t wear a 5 in any of those things, but I can wear a 5 in most heels. You should be able to find some 4s, and they won’t look like childrens.
Edit – amazon.com has a bunch of simple, adult looking heels in as small as a size 3. And they’re not ridiculously expensive.

Have you been to a Dillards, Nordstrom or Macys? I went shopping with my friend who fit into childrens shoes and they were having a sale on shoes so she purchased a few pairs and they were MUCH cheaper than adult shoes. They still looked great and adulty too.. I think she got two pairs of heels, one pair of Sperrys and something else. The only thing is that the heel might not be a 4 inch heel since kids dont usually wear heels so high.

She has been on one shopping trip and tried on size three in heels and they are too big!! She is going to Try again during the UK Easter holidays.
Usually new look, primark, sports shops etc but, she usually flats/ trainers. She decided she would like heels because my other two bridesmaids are at Least half a foot taller than her.

If she wears a girls size 2, the equivalent should be a women’s 4.
http://www.daintyfeet.com is a UK site
http://www.small-shoes.co.uk is another
http://www.alonai.com also carries shoes from girls’ 2-14.
Zappos and Shoes.com are US sites that carry quite a few size 4’s.
