Can anyone give me a ballpark of the prices at the Belvedere in Baltimore? I’m obsessed with Art Deco design and was thinking of having a (barely) themed event drawing on the days of the Silver Screen– make it feel a little like the Oscars in the 30s… I see they’re about $$$ on The Knot and I know how much similarly rated venues are in the area, but it’s like a $50 pp range which is obviously a pretty big sum. I just don’t want to fall anymore in love with it before I know if I could possibly do it without saving for a decade.
Thanks for your help!

The wedding I went to there was incredible. I’d just email asking for information. I thought I had the pricing in my email, but it was the Tremont that I looked at.

I didn’t personally look at the Belvedere, but I know someone who just got married there and she said their budget was $25k for 150 people. Just to give you an idea of what her overall price range may have been.

Yes, Its very pretty. They have no venue fee but have Food/Beverage minimums and $$$ food (typical venue move). Their food/beverage minimums ranging from $17,500.
They have very pretty looking ballrooms in the pictures. When my fiance and I visited though, we were underwhelmed when we saw the space ourselves. The planner was also rushed, confusing, and impatient – and their menu/packages are POORLY written.
On a brighter note, the planner said they give significant discounts for Sunday weddings- I think around 20% off the F/B minimums.

We’re having a Sunday wedding with Truffles and we got a great deal. The staff has been extremely helpful and we fell in love with the ballrooms. Were getting married in the Palm Room and having our reception in the John Eager Howard Room. Our guest list is also around 120 ppl so that probably helped us keep the cost low. But overall I would definitely recommend making an appointment and seeing for yourself. Oh and were not paying anywhere closet to $25k. I think it just depends on what day you have it on and what food/beverage package you decide on.
