Omg the dress is so pretty! I love the sleeves. I wanted sleeves like that but couldn’t find one I like. At my size I don’t feel comfortable going without a bra so that type of back didn’t suit and dresses with both sleeves and a back seemed very thin on the ground.

I guess the straps are kind of hard to see. This dress came with two sets of straps but I’m going to have it altered like this to just have the one set

brittnamrogo :  Ah yes, I’ve seen those before but haven’t tried one. I found a strapless dress I liked in the end, but straps were the original plan.

I looked at several dresses, strapless and strapped, and ended up with this beauty!  It’s a David’s Bridal size 8, but I ended up getting an 8P.  I am having a catholic ceremony and didn’t want to be adjusting my dress up all night, so straps were the way to go!

PS: I started app based calorie counting and working out with the youtube channel FitnessBlender on Feb 1, and have already noticed improvements. Might be worth checking out, best of luck!

Do off-the-shoulder straps count? This is my Mori Lee 5265!

Here’s mine! Note though that I always have big arms and am in the middle of losing weight (70+ lbs so far) so probably not a good gauge for arm flattery.

First picture is from dress shopping. Second picture is from my first fitting.

Nope. It just came in so the crinoline underneath is all bunched up (hense why my mother is digging under it trying to pull it all down) and hasn’t “settled”. I don’t think it will be as poofed out once it gets steamed.
