    I’m wearing a trumpet crinoline from David’s Bridal, style 550 (it’s not letting me post a picture for some reason, but you can go look it up on DB’s website). It’s definitely overpriced, but you can find gently used ones from ebay/craigslist/weddingbee if you have some time to look. I think wearing a crinoline/slip is the best way to really show off the silhouette of the trumpet/mermaid/fit and flare gowns. It definitely makes my dress look 10X better, and is well worth it!     You can find really cheap ones on eBay. I’ll have plenty of alterations times once mine comes in and it’s pretty much the “perfect” length, but, on the sample I felt like it kept getting in my way “inside.” I may find a “small” one to give it that final punch.

    I have a “mermaid” but it looks more modified A
