I’ve been told to follow the FODMAP diet but onions and garlic are no-nos and I don’t know how to live (er, cook) without those two things! Good luck to your husband!
Yes, actually I connected asapartame and other artificial sweetners to IBS flare-ups. So I avoid those. Even though I don’t have celiac, I’m wondering if cutting out a lot of grains (and therefore, most gluten) will help. I do hope I learn to like more things over time though.
I haven’t heard of the gel before! They are regulating my imbalance with daily BC (tried different levels over time, etc). Do you like the gel?
