(Closed) Trying on Bridesmaid dresses

It depends where you go. i think that often Davids Bridal will have more size choices and you may very well be able to try on a dress in your exact size (and maybe even buy it off the rack I think?). If you go to a higher end salon (where they would be making the dresses to order), they’ll only have it in sample sizes but sometimes they have 2 samples (one in a 6 or an 8 and one in a 10 or 12). I’m sure you’ll be fine 🙂 My SIL’s bridesmaids were all stick thin and I didn’t feel comfortable so I opted to just go with my sister.

When I went with my girls (for my own wedding), my sister couldn’t come, so we went together alone a different time and my SIL also went by herself. Of the 3 that did come the first time, they ranged in size from 0-24. But it was still a fun experience for everyone 🙂

David’s usually has at least one of each dress in each size, it just might not be the right color.  When I went with my girls, they could each try the dresses on in their size, just never in the right color.
